Single Rope Winding Mine Hoist (JK/E)

Usage:
JK Single Rope Winding Mining Hoist which can be used for lifting materials, ores, personnel, equipments and so on in the shaft of metal and non-metallic.
Working Principle:
The working power is the electrical motor which is transferred to the wire-winding drum to achieve the lifting and lowering the container. The electrical transmission controls the speed. The disc brake is controlled by hydraulic and electrical. The depth indicator is achieved by the position indicating system. All kinds of sensors and the controlling parts of tachogenerator form safety protecting system.
Technical Features:
A: Use integrated flexible structure drum and two-petallike, four-petallike or eight-petallike steel cast drum for underground drum.
B: Use disc brake with rear fuel tank, electric-hydraulic controlling.
C: The spindle and the drum plane are connected by big torque of friction.
D: Use radical teeth block style rope adjusting clutch which adjust the rope quickly and accurately.
E: The electric control can use PLC programming electrical one or PLC frequency controlled electrical control which can also be equipped with mine hoist net controlling and remote diagnostic system.
F: New type depth indicator use cone like gear for transmission which is stable, accurate and easy maintenance.
